METHOD
In Robot Coupe with blade attachment, process almond paste and melted All Purpose butter until combined but not aerated.
Scrape almond paste and butter mixture into mixing bowl with paddle attachment.
Add room temperature All Purpose butter and paddle on high speed until combined.
Alternate soy milk and dry ingredients on low speed, scraping between additions.
NOTES
Temper slightly before using.
