Vegan Butter Vinaigrette

Butter Vinaigrette

METHOD

  1. Melt butter on lowest temperature, and allow the butter to cool to room temperature.

  2. Whisk melted butter and olive oil together.

  3. Immersion blend all ingredients except butter-oil mixture until smooth. 

  4. Slowly pour in butter-oil mixture while using the immersion blender until incorporated.


NOTES

  • Use on salad, roasted vegetables, potato salad.

  • Leftover dressing can be kept in the refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature, and, if separated, immersion blend before using.

Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
