Melted Tourlami All Purpose
Cool to Room Temperature
Light Brown Sugar
Unsweetened Apple Sauce, Cold
Vanilla Extract
Sir Galahad All-Purpose Flour 
Special Patent Bread Flour  
Baking Powder
Baking Soda  
Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
Old Fashioned Oats
Dried Cherries, Finely Chopped  
Burlap and Barrel Royal Cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Melt butter then cool to room temperature.

  2. Paddle butter on low speed until no lumps, add in melted butter, and mix until combined.

  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract until combined on low speed.

  4. Add in the cold apple sauce, mix until combined, scrape to make sure fully incorporated on low speed. This will look bro

  5. Add in dry until 3/4 of the way mixed on low speed, then add in the cinnamon, oats, and dried cherries. Mix until combined.

  6. Scoop, and allow the dough to chill overnight before baking.

BAKE

  • 300ºF · High Fan · 13 minutes until golden on the sides and pale in the center.

NOTES

  • This cookie dough can be frozen.
